This log comes de-barked sanded smooth, stained, sealed and ready to lift! The Log is 10" in diameter total length around 48" long. The handles are now make of strong hardwood for better grip and more hand space in the log. The average weight of the log is between 80 and 100 lbs. Perfect for bootcamp and crossfit workouts. Bootcamp logs are also good for institutions or prisons for recreational fitness when steel barbells or dumbbells are not permitted.
