Please mention that you would like us to call you concerning an order. We will then gladly call you back to take your order as soon as we get your email. Our system does not store credit card data.
We will occasionally a welcoming email. Customers will occasionally receive information on products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.
Our goal is to make your shopping experience easy, enjoyable and beneficial. Occasionally products need to be returned for one reason or another. We want to make that experience as convenient as possible. The following is our Return Policy:
1. If Slatershardware.com has wrongly shipped product to you, please notify us by email or phone so we can authorize the return and issue you a Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#) along with issuing you a call tag so the shipper can pick up the shipment to be returned. Once we receive the return we will credit the full price of the product and any applicable tax to the credit card or paypal account that was used to make the purchase
1. Returning a Product Damaged in Shipping:
A product may get damaged in shipping. If this has happened to your order please notify us by email or phone . We will assist you in filing the claim with the shipper who shipped your order. A call tag will need to be issued for the shipper to pick up the damaged merchandise. Please keep the item in its original packaging as he shipper may need to inspect the package.
2. Returning a Product for Other Reasons:
A 20% restocking fee will be applied on all canceled orders in progress or returned items. Items returned by customer will bear all packaging and shipping responsibility.
No returns are accepted after 15 days. Items which have been used, or not returned in original, undamaged packaging will not be accepted.
All returns that are not due to error on our behalf are subject to deduction of shipping fees and card processor fees that were included to get your order shipped to you. Slater Atlas Stone Molds and other certian items are not returnable due to the nature of these items. If you have questions concerning the quality of our molds or items you may notify us by email or phone. We have had customers make over 50 stones with just one mold.
If you would like to return a product, please contact us at email@example.com for return instructions... Do not send the product without prior return instructions. If you send a product directly to the manufacturer or to us without prior authorization a return will not be granted.
When we have received your authorized return, we will credit the card or paypal account that was used to make the purchase not including the shipping fees and card processor fees. You will be credited the full price of the product and any applicable tax less a 20% restocking fee. We will notify you via E-mail of your refund.
A Return Goods Authorization Number (RGA#), a copy of your invoice showing your purchase and the items must have not been used, and must be returned in original, undamaged packaging or return will not be accepted. Return the product to us via UPS Insured. For non-UPS items, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange for return shipment.
All pricing and availability are subject to change.
Our return center cannot process exchanges. If you've found another item on our website you'd prefer, please place a separate order for the new item and return the unwanted one under the terms of our Return Policy.

SHIPPING & AVAILABILITY INFORMATION
Occasionally, items ordered will be out of stock. If this situation arises you will be notified that the item is unavailable. You will be credited all applicable charges associated with the out of stock item or you may choose to back order.
Occasionally, items ordered can not ship by the shipping method selected at the time the order was placed.
If this situation occurs you will be contacted & provided with an alternate shipping method.
If the alternate shipping method is acceptable, you will be quoted a new shipping rate. With your approval the order will ship by the alternate shipping method. You will then be credited or debited, whichever applies, the difference in the shipping charge.
If the alternate shipping method is not acceptable you will be credited all applicable charges associated with the item(s) ordered.
